[Bug 33861] "About Internet Explorer" from Help menu, gives "about wine" details

I understand your explanation; but its quite confusing, and wrong, as the "help
menu" display "about Internet Explorer".
so if its not possible to get an IE version, then the "help menu" should
propose "about wine" instead, or a comment about a "fake IE"
