[Bug 25717] Japanese fonts sometimes shifted to the left

...well, the hack works in that app, but breaks the others.
Still, figuring out where the additional offset comes from should help with
this bug.

...the catch being that it seems GdipDrawString already receives those
incorrect offsets at the start, so it's hard to tel where to go back.
