The backtrace from attempting to launch the game under 1.7.17.

I set Wine to launch the game under Windows 98, with an emulated desktop
(1024X768) and auto-mouse-grabbing for fullscreen DirectX programs. The game
itself is unchanged aside from having gimmie.dll renamed.
