[Bug 18926] In Winamp, the "send to..." submenu in the playlist menu does not appear

The file comctl32.dll seems to be the problem. A comment in the app database
suggests copying this file from a Windows installation instead of using the one
from wine - that doesn't work for me, but I think that it used to work.
