I forgot to update this bug before, so here goes:

) A stub Navigator Filter was added in:
36d5ec90572ec4691ade99b97600a1ab54b3c9b7

) A stub IDvdInfo2 interface was added to said filter in:
d05ec6b2780144c5f1c56a702e0c1c502c6cb78a

I plan to write some tests for GetDiscID using a real DVD drive with a DVD
inserted, but I first have to see how that's going to work with the TestBot.
