[Bug 59382] HSMAdvisor: crashes before launch with "Invalid IL code"

I installed winetricks and used it to install dotnet48, and the program is now
working for me as well.

I installed mono with homebrew and confirmed that trying to run the program
with `mono ./HSMAdvisor.exe` results in the same error
(System.InvalidProgramException: Invalid IL code) as I saw under Wine before
installing dotnet48.
