x360ce uses dinput8.dll hack for injecting xinput9_1_0.dll

Also specific hooks required too

[InputHook] HookMode=1 HookLL=0 HookCOM=1 HookSA=0 HookWT=0 HookDI=1
HookPIDVID=1 HookName=0

[DragonAgeInquisition.exe] Name = Dragon Age: Inquisition HookMask= 0x00000002
