Austin English, using Wine from the git repository generates the same error you
described in http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=35680#c5.

I've deleted my .wine directory before testing.

I've also tried with "./winetricks dotnet20". Again, the same error.

So, it doesn't matter if it's the latest wine from git or Wine 1.7.13.
