I think I have already done this and that all the traces and debugs are already
attached.

It seems to me that this bug is very closely linked with bug number 28692,
because when I use the File/Open dialogue bug 28692 shows up first and then I
carry and list all files - pick one and then the crash occurs when I try to
open it.
