This seems to be entirely seasonal. Sometimes I can play 5 hours without
noticeable problems, and sometimes I get 2 hours of BAD lag.
When this occurs, there is a thread in lotroclient.exe which is running at 100%
cpu, apparently generating packets.

I can get a backtrace if required.
