Looking at that version of mono, although the line numbers don't match, the
only assertions on `err' are two calls to SystemTimeToFileTime in a function
named ves_icall_System_CurrentSystemTimeZone_GetTimeZoneData.  So someone
should trace the parameters and return value for
SystemTimeToFileTime/RtlTimeFieldsToTime to check this.
