[Bug 23434] Race management software hangs & jumps up to 100% processor load

Running version 1.3.10, it became slightly better:
X- Session does not hang anymore.
Dynamic generation of the HTML-Page still causes 100% processor load, but the
application can be closed. Terminal-Output:
