Still present in wine9.0-rc5.

Testing this some more, this seems to happen more often when the system is
under load. Specifically, when the filesystem the wine prefix is stored on is
experiencing high use.

This also seems to line up with an older laptop (spinning rust HDD) I have,
where this bug happens far more often. (But still not reliably enough to
perform a bisect.....)
