I tried editing the registry to disable hidraw. The throttle and Z axis are now
recognised in hid.exe, but unfortunately still no change in BF4.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE->System->CurrentControlSet->Services->WineBus

DisableHidraw 1
Enable SDL 0
DisableInput 0
