[Bug 27920] ComboBoxEx doesn't process WM_ENABLE properly

Ok so my 1st attempt with the patch was marked 'Apply failure', as was my 2nd
attempt - so now I just give up.

I'll leave it to someone that know what they're doing.

Hopefully it'll get done sooner rather than later because now I've worked
around bug 27559 in my code, people will just end up seeing empty ComboBoxEx
controls in my program that they can't do anything with.
