The FPS drops from 80+ to 15-20 every other second so one second I got good fps the other it drops down to 15-20 and back again. I recently discovered that it is related to the Steam menu somehow, cause if it's minimized there are no problems but when the menu is running in the background I get this odd fps drop every second ummm second....
