This no longer applies to me since I no longer use pre-built 32bit libs. The errors and problems come from the developers building the pre-built 32bit libs with support for pulse thinking that everyone uses pulse so it causes problems when the libs are looking for pulse when its not even installed. So the problem does not arise from wine but from the system its self.
