[Bug 18300] New: Phantom app versions

CDR0600 http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=16440 CDR0601 http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=16441 S103 http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=application&iId=9601 There are also test results for both app versions, but no data appears in Version Queue or the Test Results Queue. Two screenshots appear in the Screenshots Queue but I can't process them as their associated app versions are in limbo. My fault, but this happens when doing the following: 1. Submit a new application. 2. Go to the application before it has been accepted and submit a new version. I'll fix those also.
