Hi. I use foobar2000 audio player with Spider Monkey Panel plugin.

The problem is this:

If I hover the mouse over the panel area, press the left mouse button, and
without releasing the mouse button move the cursor outside the panel, then
MOUSELEAVE event stops to happen. Need to restart the application so that the
event starts to happen again.

Tested on windows 7 and it work as expected.

MOUSELEAVE stops to happen after releasing mouse button.

Tested on latest wine 4.4 - without changes.
