The attached patch makes the setup GUI appear for me, although the installation fails at a later step.
Same for me, but I've managed to install it by ensuring winbind is installed. The real problem here is that Office 2013 requires DirectX 10, Wine uses OpenGL 4 to implement DirectX 10, and Mesa does not support OpenGL 4. So we need to either make Wine fail more gracefully or wait for OpenGL 4 support to come to Mesa.
