Used latest wine, and .Net framework 4.0 from winetricks but Papersapp can't
start.

Hello folks,

looks like a broken WINEPREFIX.
Install .NET 4.0 with 'winetricks -q dotnet40' in a clean (new!) 32-bit
WINEPREFIX.

If you don't know what this means seek help in WineHQ user forums
(http://forum.winehq.org/).

Also you didn't specify which Wine version ... 'latest' changes over time.
