To test you will need to recreate your .wine directory in addition to
compiling/installing wine from git.

Alternately, you can go into regedit, delete subkeys HKCR\htmlfile, HKCR\http,
and HKCR\https and then run wineprefixcreate.

Please close bug when you have tested successfully.
