when I launch the Steam version of Sonic All-Stars Racing Transformed, I obtain
only a black screen, nothing else.

Hello folks,

please retest with recent Wine version and attach terminal output if still
present.
Make sure all required prerequisites got properly installed in clean Steam
WINEPREFIX.
