No "OK" button

When I restarted "Wine" on my android phone the ui was too big,and I couldn't
launch anything using "run" or "explorer"

Hello Christian,

please retest with more recent Wine version, preferably Wine 5.x series.

https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/android/

Provide console output if it still doesn't work (via adb logcat).
Also helpful for Android bug reports:

* vendor/model of the device
* Android version / API level

You could check 'winecfg' -> 'Graphics' -> 'Screen resolution' -> 'dpi'
setting.
