When the mouse pointer changes to a hand for pushing the document up or down, the dropshadow appears as a large solid black region surrounding the hand. The drop shadow continues to be drawn as a black region around the icon, instead of a shadow. The SPI_GETDROPSHADOW fixme message is gone however. There are other fixme messages coming out that I will attach. These fixme messages come out as soon as the program is started.
