[Bug 11787] New: Set mime type for log files are text/plain

Many web browsers are set to download files with that mime type, rather than just opening the file in the web browser. This is rather annoying. Can we change the mime types for .log files to text/plain instead? I think this is fixed, I ever use .log and bugzilla ever sets text/plain.
Depends on how the mime type or maybe character set. http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=28593 has a .log attached and bz sees it as application/octet-stream (I'm about to manually change it).
