Attaching terminal log. The game was tested in Ubuntu 16.04 with proprietary nvidia driver (387). Also, whenever a graphical issue that is seen on a previous attached screenshot appears, terminal starts spamming with this line:
fixme:d3d:wined3d_device_process_vertices Output vertex declaration not implemented yet. err:d3d:get_flexible_vertex_size Unexpected position mask: 0x0
