It submitted sooner than I anticipated after clicking submit in the add attachment window. Same for me. Applied all patches etc. and I get insta freeze just after trying to bring mouse over Play button. On Wine without patches it's working (client, game not of course). Still nothing. I'll what I have done: 1. Created Wine prefix and installed using this script: https://gitlab.com/GloriousEggroll/leagueoflegends-linux 2. Installed corefonts using winetricks 3. Removed all DLL overrides, keeping only DirectX 4. Tried to play Still freezing after hovering Play button, login animation still not working (Play button isn't animated as well), still not able to play. But I've managed to see logs. After login sometimes there is warning: "005a:warn:debugstr:OutputDebugStringA "LeagueClientUx.exe(0000005A): WARN| js: plugin:patcher:lolbug-135691:warn PLAY BUTTON ENABLED +129ms (https://127.0.0.1:44897/fe/common-libs/bundle.js:29)\n"" Time is increasing on every message. At the risk of polluting this bug, I can tell you that I am testing on Ubuntu 16.04.5 (64-bit) with stock Ubuntu X.org drivers. From glxinfo, my graphics device is: "AMD HAWAII (DRM 2.50.0 / 4.15.0-29-generic, LLVM 6.0.0) (0x67b1)".
From cpuinfo, my CPU is: "Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4690K".

I modified the ntdll info test to print the output of NtQuerySystemInformation(SystemModuleInformation, ...). The implementation of this on Wine calls LdrQueryProcessModuleInformation. It may be the case that what is wrong is the fact that SystemModuleInformation calls LdrQueryProcessModuleInformation. Testing on Windows XP and Windows 10, I only see kernel modules listed from the output of NtQuerySystemInformation(SystemModuleInformation, ...). Yep, it looks like it.
