Battle.net launches without a hitch and I'm able to log in when (in winecfg) "Default Settings", "Battle.net.exe", and "Battle.net Launcher.exe" are using Windows Version: Windows XP.
When I switch the three to Windows 7 (needed for Diablo 3 installation and play), launching returns a "Blizzard Error" window stating: "The application encountered an unexpected error."

I verified I was able to launch battle.net using windows 7.
