Right after you started the application, or after you logged in (whatever this application is). I'm on Fedora 17 and the application starts here, tested with Wine 1.5.3 and wine-1.5.7-252-g1f01355. The application must be launched in fullscreen mode, because in virtual desktop mode there is only a systray icon is visible which doesn't respond to mouse clicks.
