Don't think it has anything to do with ntdll, but with "Progress Dialog" from browseui.dll which Wine implements. Are you sure you started from removing ~/.wine directory? These are the libs i have installed from winetricks msxml3 (native, wine) ole32 (native, wine) rpcrt4 (native, wine) Attached is the output. Otherwise its installer is unhappy.
