Please read how to properly report a bug: http://wiki.winehq.org/Bugs The screenshot of the crash report dialog is *not* going to be helpful here. * make sure you're running a recent Wine 1.7.x version, preferably Wine 1.7.48 * specify the actual application name and the version used (guessing from screenshot is not a preferred method for bug triagers) * specify the Wine version used ('wine --version') * make sure you're installing in a clean (new!) Wine builtin 'sc.exe' doesn't provide 'sdshow' command handling, causing the MSI rollback procedure (which causes another problem). MSDN: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc742133.aspx But even with that part implemented ... if this software relies on Intel hardware-virtualization features provided by BlueStacks x86 Hypervisor ('HD-Hypervisor-x86.sys' kernel driver) this is not going to work with Linux/Wine.
