In Wine 10.5 and also in Wine-staging 10.5 the internet connection in the
application (Swisslog in a dx or LOTW cluster) is without internet connection
stopped working. Wine 10.4 without problem.

Is this reproducible with a free download? Or preferably a builtin/something
open source? I.e., does iexplore.exe have this issue? Or windows
firefox/wget/curl?
