Hello, I do not know exactly how to add entries to TZ_INFO so I'll just report a
bug, this is not of a high priority since this error message does not seem to
stop any app from working.

"BOT" I guess is Bolivian time, although my time zone is mostly regarded as
Caracas (GMT-4) "BOT" does not have any sun light saving system.
