Wincatalog https://www.wincatalog.com failure to start with wine 10.17 :

wine: Unhandled exception 0x40000015 in thread 124 at address 00522802 (thread
0124), starting debugger...
0130:err:environ:init_peb starting L"C:\\windows\\syswow64\\winedbg.exe" in
experimental wow64 mode

Wine 10.16 worked OK.

It starts fine here on 10.17.
