Hello Shengwen, Thanks for reporting a bug, it is a good start :) Is there a downloadable URL for this app? Could you try the app without native directx9? Could not load wine-gecko. HTML rendering will be disabled. You need to fix this first. Without wine-gecko wineprefix is considered broken. See http://wiki.winehq.org/Gecko for a way how to pre-download wine-gecko installer.
