[Bug 18043] New: can't run winecfg

1) i download 1.1.19 and install it from ubuntu ppa repo; wine in app menu
created.
2) from wine menu, select 'configure wine': dialog box don't appear
3) run wincfg in terminal, receive this output:

Did you happened to set some overrides in winecfg->libraries tab? And one of
them was comctl32?

Remove ~/.wine and try again. Reopen if the problem persists.
