Potentially a regression, but I don't have an old enough wine version to test
against (and I can't compile that old).

The installer succeeds, but it has issues. 

I am able to finnish it.

For me, it hangs repeating 
fixme:mshtml:OleInPlaceActiveObject_TranslateAccelerator (0x1d5810)->(0x33ef40)
fixme:mshtml:OleInPlaceActiveObject_TranslateAccelerator (0x1d5810)->(0x33ef40)

indefinitely. The installer has changed though, and this occurs in
wine-1.7.32-182-g89ecba6 and wine-1.7.37-260-g4c1791f.

Marking abandoned.
