You can download them from: http://www.foxitsoftware.com/downloads/older_ver.html Version 2.3 supports the creation of fill in forms (I need this). V3 has this removed. After running setup, you get: "z:\home\CDs\WindowsInternet\Adobe\setup.exe, could not open file, File not found" (z:\home\CDs\WindowsInternet\Adobe is where I have stored FoxitReader-2.3.3902_enu_Setup.exe).
