Please upgrade to the latest development version of wine and try again (currently 1.5.21).
How I can do that? According to bug 31437 using "winetricks wmp10" is a workaround. Ok, the workaround helped. Modo successfully executed, but all problems still remain. Absolutely the same behavior.
