The installer from armytimes.com, which has been removed due to overwhelming
demand(1 day early pre-release) does not install. The official release is
tommorow at 3pm et, I don't know if the installer will be the same installer as
the armytimes one was an 11 part series consisting of .rar files after the first
.exe file.
