This problem has been already mentioned on wine-users in September 2004 <http://www.winehq.org/pipermail/wine-users/2004-September/015026.html>, but the message received no answer. Steps to Reproduce ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 1. Install MSIE through the method indicated in the AppDB entry's HOWTO, at <http://appdb.winehq.org/appview.php?versionId=469> 2. Launch MSIE 3. Open Tools -> Internet Options, then click on ``Fonts...''. 4. click on ``Languages...''. 5. Set a new home page and restart MSIE. 6. Go to a page containing a JavaScript window.open() instruction (you can use <http://goretsoft.net/tmp/msie1.html> if you so desire). The precise steps I took to install MSIE and reproduce the bugs are reported in detail (with the WINE output) in section ``Additional Information'' below.
