I still don't get it. Your image shows working layer manger. What exactly are you doing (step by step please!) to get the error you show on other screenshots. What you gave is installing and starting the application. Not what you clicked, typed, opened. I still don't get it. Your image shows working layer manger. What exactly are you doing (step by step please!) to get the error you show on other screenshots.
