[Bug 936] - Incorrect placement of DirectDraw output (offset outside the Windows 'window')

For some reason, there are no attachments listed on my screen (not even the
screenshots I uploaded earlier).

Also, I am using an RPM, so I cannot apply the patch.  Can someone else try it
and confirm that it works?

BTW, yes, I am using Wine (20020710), not WineX.
