run $wine app 
and $WINEDEBUG=-all wine app 
not affect 

make/wine-1.1.7/dlls/dxdiagn/provider.c:115] in dxdiagn (0x0033f500)

Aren't those Starforce drivers? Is this a duplicate of bug 3260?

perhaps but "star force" brut in the gamecopyworld and app must run

and this perhaps driver in my ver of ~.wine remained unclear
