I checked, and it's true, it crashes on service startup (making wine awful painful to use in general) starting in wine-0.9.53 and on to current wine. MSDN states that the first argument passed to the service entry point should be the service name. The attached patch fixes the crash but I'm not sure it's a 100% correct.
