This is a problem with Wine's wintab and recent Nvidia drivers. 
Since you don't seem to use a tablet, use WINEDLLOVERRIDES="wintab32=n" as 
workaround 'till the issue gets fixed.  
I already informed Aric about this problem yesterday.
