After minimizing the application to tray I see that widgets inside are disappearing. Window is not restored correctly - I need to right-click and click close - the application doesn't crash, it runs in background correctly. This happens only when WINE windows are managed by local window manager (tried with Compiz and Metacity). I think (but I'm not sure) that this is related to http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=15069. Anyway, Guitar Pro works like a charm.
