On the right part of the screen there is a file browser. Use it to go through your hard drive to find any video, picture or flash animation. Drag and drop the file to one of the 4x5 boxes, a thumbnail should appear (does seem to work from time to time) just click on the thumbnail, the video/animation/picture should be shown into the layer box (the 3 horizontal lines) and into the preview window. I'll attach 2 screen shots for a better understanding. The demo media videos are absolute indexed and this didn't work before.
