Then run ~/.wine/drive_c/Program\ Files/Tencent/TIM/Bin/TIM.exe (also with LC_ALL=zh_CN.UTF-8). If everything is correct, the application would not crash. Bisecting traces the first bad commit to df2b13fa77172953fed6e15c65fd6380b2d2f0d3: "msvcrt: Increment refcounts for all locale data in _get_current_locale()." Reverting this commit (plus several other commits to locale.c, aa889178 and 216b9cb0) manually does fix the issue.
